Hi, I’m Fiona, a former Registered Nurse, with a Master’s Degree in Exercise and Sports Science, and Certifications in Yoga, Clinical Pilates, and AntiGravity® Fitness.
I have always been passionate about health, wellness, and enhancing human performance. I enjoy blending exercise science with yoga, Pilates, and aerial techniques, to unlock the full potential of your mind and body, and help you achieve your fitness and wellness goals.
I work one-on-one with individuals and small groups, including athletes, busy professionals, and anyone looking to increase fitness and vitality, reduce pain, or feel stronger. I offer a mobile Personal Training service in the Lower North Shore and Eastern Suburbs areas, teach Yoga classes online, and instruct face-to-face in Clubs around Sydney.
I’ve worked with professional and elite athletes and sports teams since 2004 introducing yoga, Pilates, and Aerial techniques to their training programs to boost athletic performance and prolong their competitive careers.
I’ve lectured on Certificates 3 & 4 in Fitness, Diploma of Fitness, Yoga Teacher Training, and AntiGravity® Instructor Training courses in Sydney for over 10yrs, and I’m certified in Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga, Yin Yoga, and Clinical Pilates.
